Sylvain is an outstanding stunt performer whose track record spans his passion for movies and formidable stunt know-how. At an early age, he developed a keen interest in the “seventh art,”, making and performing in short films that soon revealed his love of stunts. To expand his skillset he trained in circus acrobatics, martial arts (ju-jitsu, kung fu, krav maga, Jeet Kune Do) as well as weapons handling. He also practices motor sports such as dirt biking and cross car, further increasing his versatility.

After gaining a film degree (majoring in direction) at the Conservatoire Libre du Cinéma Français in Paris, he began his professional stunt career in theme parks, where he excelled as a motorbike and quad driver and as a horseman in medieval shows featuring vaulting, jousting and falls. In parallel, Sylvain joined several stunt teams and worked on prestigious film projects such as The Da Vinci Code, The Transporter, and Asterix and Obelix Meet Cleopatra.

For over 20 years, he as also been a volunteer firefighter, illustrating his altruism and his dedication to serving the community. Thanks to his broad range of skills and unmatched experience, Sylvain has established himself as one of the industry’s best-known stunt performers, racking up an awesome number of stunts – chiefly involving car hits, motorbike crashes and man-on-fire performances. To date, he has contributed to over 300 films and series as a stunt performer and coordinator, consolidating his reputation as an artist who’s passionate about his work.
